We send our parcels out on a daily basis during our working week, which is Monday to Friday. As we are only a two person team, very occasionally we might not manage to do this. Your parcel will then be sent out at the first available opportunity. We will send you an email as soon as your item has been posted and this email will contain a tracking link for your parcel.
In our experience, Royal Mail pretty much always deliver within their stated delivery aim, which you will see at checkout when you get to the postage option page. Occasionally, a parcel will be delayed in the post, especially for outside Europe, as a parcel will go through customs. If this is the case, we follow Royal Mail procedure with regards to the delivery of your parcel. This means that, if there is a delay in the delivery, we will wait the Royal Mail stated time frame with regards to when a parcel is seen as lost in the system. These are:
Within the UK: A parcel is seen as lost after 15 working days (Mon-Fri) and 10 working days for next-day delivery items.
Outside the UK: Your parcel is seen as lost after 25 working days (Mon-Fri).
We realise you are looking forward to your new clothes/accessories, but please allow this time for your items to be delivered. By buying from us you explicitly agree to adhere to Royal Mail's delivery terms as well.
Please make us aware if your parcel is delayed in the post. We might be able to get more information from Royal Mail than is available on the tracking page.
Royal Mail's pricing depends on the weight of the parcel, so we use this same system. The postage costs that you would pay are in the table below. Most of our items weigh less than 500g and most the jackets are under 1kg, to give you a rough indication of postage prices.

Please be aware that, when you purchase something from us, you may be liable for customs charges when the items enters your country. These charges are your own government charging you for importing items. We cannot take any responsibility for these costs.
We send all our parcels using Royal Mail tracked services unless your purchase weighs more than 2kg and is being sent abroad. In this case, we will have a look at the cheapest postage option for you, may this be by courier or splitting your purchases in more than one parcel.
If you purchased your item(s) before 1pm GMT (London time), your purchase will be sent out the same day.

When you have received your item:
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEM FOR FAULTS ON ARRIVAL OF YOUR GOODS.
If anything is wrong with the item, please make us aware of it as soon as possible and we can deal with it.
We hope that you are delighted and very happy with your purchase. If this isn't the case, because the item doesn't suit you, or whatever the reason is, you have the right to return the item (unworn and in its original condition) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return postage is at your own expense, except if we made a mistake or the item is faulty. We do apologise if this happens. We take great care, but we are not infallible. Please contact us and we will rectify the problem.
